1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

For a request: first and last name, email, phone, pick-up and drop-off addresses, flight number and time, comment, number of passengers, consent timestamps. For accounts: email and password (stored only as a hash). For owners: company name, contacts, vehicle and driver details.

We do not receive or store bank card data: payment is handled by the payment provider.

3. Why we use it

To process your booking, connect you with the owner, take payment and issue refunds, send the voucher and booking emails, handle reports, prevent fraud and keep records. News and offers are sent only if you separately agreed; you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

The vehicle owner receives your name, phone and email only after the prepayment is made; before that they see trip details only. The payment provider receives the data needed for payment. Email and hosting providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Booking and payment data are kept as long as accounting laws and dispute resolution require. The administrator action log is kept for security and oversight.

6. Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you may be informed about processing, access your data, correct, erase or block it, object to processing, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. To make a request, write to support@toursntransfers.com.

7. Security

Booking and owner-action links are secret, and only their hashes are stored. Administrator access is restricted and logged. Connections are encrypted.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for sign-in and security. There are no advertising or analytics cookies at present.
